Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Nordenvik jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
This policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under German and EU consumer law (§§ 312g, 355 German Civil Code / BGB), which entitles you to a minimum 14-day right to cancel.
How to Request a Refund
Simply send an email to support@nordenvik.de with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We'll get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed.
Conditions
Refunds are available for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from the product description
- Not what you ordered
- Unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
Refund Options
Once your refund request is approved, you can choose between:
- Full refund to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days)
- Store credit to use on a future Nordenvik order
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Earrings — for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded once the protective packaging has been opened
