Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Germany, and 3–7 business days for other EU countries.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Please allow up to 9 business days from the date of your order before contacting us about a delayed shipment.
